Transitioning from “the wonder years of college” and turning into a “real person” is a difficult transition. Most of us in this age are graduating from college, searching for our first “real jobs” finding our purpose, making shit up, having kids and quickly into adulthood.

image

image

I’m in the finding your purpose part and being a regular person with no connections at all or whatsoever is hard on achieving your inspired goal. I try not to be affected by it and still stick to the plan. Cross fingers ^_^

image

As the quote state “Born to dream. Born to inspire. Born to embrace uncertainty. Born to “find myself”.

Money doesn’t defined happiness and right now I’m seeking ways on how to be happy. It makes me eager to go abroad and do something that I could never do here. I hope to find all my answers there and learned how to love myself more and show how happy I am even if I’m offline or online.

Cat Cafe - Myeongdong

I got the directions from a blog post on how to get there. At first, I thought it was not that hard, but when you’re actually in Myeongdong, you will really get lost because of the attracted signs of shoes, clothes, makeup stores that are so cute and cheap that you forgot to track down your actual destination.

Coffee Prince

How to Get There: Take Subway Line 2 to Hongik University, and go out of Exit 8. Turn right at Seven Springs corner and pass the intersection. At the 3-way intersection, turn left. Walk about 100 meters on the road above the playground and walk towards the road on the right side. Walk about 500 meters until you find the coffee shop on the right.

Don’t Look Back

I realized that as you turned 20 (ahem..21), all the things on what you viewed before changes quickly, Lots of things happened in just a year.

Love becomes minimal with this age and what you viewed on life becomes big that suddenly you become scared. Afraid on what decisions to choose and on how to take a risk.

Fairytales don’t exist anymore in this age, but I’m wishing that this thing do exist, not in love but also in career. a miracle actually or just a hint or a helping hand for you to pursue something that you actually want to do in life.

I have this feeling that I should get out and work or study abroad, try to live independently, try to know myself for once. This way, it could benefit me and my mom’s sake.

I’m now in a hunt for an opportunity or something affordable, to survive living abroad. Being financially stable here doesn’t mean you can afford all the expenses when you try to study overseas. I have to research more.. :( (Wanted: Miracle to Happen )

Stripes and Black

Am I wrong for thinking out of the box from where I stay? For saying that I choose another way?

image

I’m totally digging this song called “Am I Wrong” by Nico & Vinz (listen here)

image

the lyrics are everything and love every bits of it. It reminds me of what I am today, what situation I am dealing and how I don’t give a f*ck or should give a f*ck.

image

Anyway, back to my ootd.

image

Since rainy season is finally here, we often opt for dark colors as the main thing for an outfit and choose jelly flats and black boots in case of heavy rain.

image

For my rainy ootd, I combined bright stripes and dark then tried to balance it off with a denim.

It may be risky but I saw some korean dramas with this kind of outfit and it looks nice having this kind of option during rainy season.

Other suggestion would be a black or dark colored dress with floral print and paired off with a mustard cardigan and some black booties.

June #OOTD Entry

Since I suck at making introductions about my outfit posts, I decided to combine all my ootd posts this month. This month is nothing but stress and frustration overall, Maybe because of the coming of ber months and having no decision yet on what I want to do.

I envy those people who already decided what they would want to become after college. Being this person with lots of interest make a tons of headache when it comes to decision modes. I want to do so many things like learn some new skills, travel abroad and escape for a little while figure out the rest. I decided to take a months off from fashion school (reasons…chos), I’m still figuring out on what road should I take and carefully analyzing the sums (yes, parang math lang ah) Hopefully I somehow get the clue on what I want.

Anyway, back to ootd post.

KPOP Inspired (sorta)

I’m kinda interested with all the KPOP songs right now and with the K-dramas such as The Heirs, Master’s Sun, Love from Another Star, and I Can Hear your Voice. I love to watch all those series and especially all the k-variety shows. I’m kinda obsessed with Running Man right now and all the episodes are really really really funny and love to watch all Kwang Soo’s funny scenes.

With all the hat craze that I see from variety shows such as Roommate, I kinda loving all hats right now and would like to adapt the Kpop style and Korean Fashion.

I got a really cute graphic print at the back of this shirt, unfortunately I didn’t take a shot (sobs)
